Directions: Mix 2 teaspoons of bentonite healing clay in apple cider vinegar or water, apply on face or hair, leave to dry for 10 to 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. For body soak, Add 1 cup of the bentonite healing clay into a bathtub and soak for 20 minutes.
Do not use metal utensils when mixing the clay.
