Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages, exchange and refunds
We do not except exchanges of products, however if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it to us within 5 working day. If any product is received in a damaged state, proof (picture or video) is required to be sent on the day of delivery. Pictures/video to be sent to 065 9933 614 or info@emour.co.za. “We urge customers to inspect the product on arrival”.
Returning product must be in its original, sealed and undamaged packaging, unless otherwise.
Shipping for returning product is payable by the customer.
Refund will be processed on the bases that the above procedure was followed, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Failure to comply to procedure will result in declining of refund or replacement.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Emour Pty Ltd is currently shipping only in South Africa, all orders of R599 and more are offered FREE shipping anywhere in the country.
Orders less that R599 are shipped at a fee payable by the customer, please select the right location when checking out.
Tracking number and link will be provided via email.
Please allow 2 to 3 working days for orders to be delivered to major cities and 3 to 5 working days for outlaying areas.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
